In almost every home and salon we’ve been to, the mirror’s one of the fixtures considered as a must-have item. After all, grooming oneself requires the use of such a thing to check ourselves.
But, for our beloved canine friends, the mirror’s a fantastic instrument of friendship sent by the gods for them to experience fun. As such, a feisty eight-week-old puppy energetically plays with his newly-found best friend – his reflection.
Who are you?
In this hilarious video, a young Pug takes a look at his reflection in their wardrobe mirror. As the young pooch sniffs on the mirror, he finds that the dog on the other side does the same action he’s currently doing.
Seeing this, the puppy steps back a bit to gain a more unobstructed view of the situation. However, the moment the pup sees its reflection imitating its actions, the puppy does another test by stepping forward.
When the puppy finally confirmed that the “other dog’s” mimicking his actions, the pooch can’t help but feel irritated. Thus, he starts “attacking” the dog, pawing and playfully biting at it.
Stop following me!
Despite the puppy’s furtive attempts at stopping his reflection from imitating him, there seems to be no end in sight. With every move the Pug’s making, it’s reflection’s quick to copy its movements.
As such, the pooch walks away to revise his strategy. It only took a few seconds before the puppy comes up with an idea. The Pug then walks towards the mirror to confront his reflection.
This time, the puppy assumes a more active approach to convince his reflection. Apart from the pawing and biting, the pooch now incorporates some defensive stunts and jumping motions to emphasize his point further.
But, do you think the Pug puppy’s successful in his mission, or did he abort it in the end? Click on the linked video below to find out.
